Custom Printing Policy

At Nuvaroin, we offer fully customised T-Shirt printing using high-quality DTF (Direct to Film) technology. Whether you have a ready design or just an idea, we are here to bring it to life.

How to Place a Custom Order

•       Option 1 — Via WhatsApp: Send your design file and order details to +971 55 993 0832

•       Option 2 — Via Website: Fill in the custom order form on nuvaroin.com and upload your design

•       Our team will review your request and confirm the order details, pricing, and timeline within 1–2 business days

Accepted Design Formats

•       Preferred formats: PNG, PDF, AI, PSD (high resolution, minimum 300 DPI)

•       JPEG files are accepted but high resolution is required for best print quality

•       If your design is low quality, our team will advise you before proceeding

•       We can also assist with basic design adjustments — contact us to discuss

Design Approval Process

•       Once your design is received, we will send a digital proof (mockup) for your approval via WhatsApp or email

•       Production begins only after you provide written confirmation/approval of the proof

•       Any changes requested after approval may incur additional charges or extend the timeline

•       Nuvaro In is not responsible for errors in the final print if the customer approved the proof

Customisation Options

•       Print placement: Front, Back, Sleeve, or Full Body — as per your requirement

•       Available on: Plain T-Shirts (Regular Fit & Oversize Fit), Polo Shirts, and Kids T-Shirts

•       Colour and size combinations available — minimum order quantities may apply for bulk custom orders

Production & Delivery Time

•       Standard custom orders: 3–5 business days after design approval

•       Bulk custom orders (10+ pieces): 5–8 business days after design approval

•       Rush orders may be available at an additional charge — contact us to check availability

Pricing

•       Custom printing pricing depends on design complexity, number of colours, print size, and quantity

•       A quote will be provided before order confirmation — no charges without your agreement

•       Bulk orders receive discounted pricing — contact us for a bulk quote

Copyright & Design Responsibility

•       By submitting a design, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it

•       Nuvaro In will not print designs that infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property

•       We reserve the right to decline any design that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content

•       Nuvaro In is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted designs

Cancellations for Custom Orders

•       Custom orders can be cancelled before design approval is confirmed — no charge applies

•       Once production has started (post-approval), cancellations are not accepted
