By placing an order with Nuvaroin, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

•       Nuvaroin sells Western clothing (T-Shirts — Plain & DTF Printed, Polo, Regular Fit, Oversize Fit), Kids Wear, Caps, Construction Safety Jackets, and Helmets

•       All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham) unless stated otherwise

•       We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion

Product Descriptions & Colours

•       We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions

•       Colours may vary slightly due to monitor display settings and photography lighting

•       Sizing guides are provided on the product pages — please refer to them before ordering

Order Cancellation

•       Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched

•       Custom/printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

Intellectual Property

•       All brand assets, logos, product designs, and content on nuvaroin.com are the property of Nuvaroin

•       Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
