Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

• Custom-printed T-Shirts are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed print defect or the item differs from the approved design proof

• The following items are also non-returnable: sale items, undergarments, and items marked as final sale

• If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery

• Attach clear photographs of the item and packaging to your message

• We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
